Future Builders Unite: Inside Cherkasy’s RoboTerra–2025 Festival

On May 2, Cherkasy hosted the science and technology festival RoboTerra: STEAM Innovations – Education That Drives a Nation at the Cherkasy Academic Lyceum “PERSPEKTYVA”. The event was made possible thanks to support from NGO Association Noosphere and Noosphere Engineering School.

The festival brought together hundreds of talented students, teachers, experts, and representatives from educational and industrial institutions across Ukraine. The goal? To spark engineering thinking, technical creativity, and teamwork among young people while promoting the STEAM approach to learning—science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.

A total of 275 young inventors and developers took part, supported by 80 mentors who helped teams bring their ideas to life. All in all, the event welcomed 182 teams from 40 schools across 7 regions of Ukraine.

Throughout the day, participants showcased their robotics projects, software solutions, architecture concepts, and video presentations. Many also pitched their own startups that combine tech, science, and business. The festival featured competitions in eight categories: Robotics, RoboFootball, Racing, Autonomous Sumo, Remote-Controlled Sumo, Video Projects, Startup Alley, and Architecture. RoboFootball participants even received gifts from Noosphere.

RoboTerra–2025 was a true celebration of innovation and technology—a perfect platform for young minds to shine and get inspired for the future. And the Association Noosphere remains committed to supporting the creators of Ukraine’s technological tomorrow.
